TIER 1

Essential

Basic Reporting and Metrics

Per Month

Monthly Report:

Receive a concise summary of your building’s EV charging activities and performance.

Static Demand Limit Management: set your building’s power limit without dynamic adjustments.

Custom Rate Setting:

Set your own EV charging rates. - One time setting of your EV Charging rates - without recommendations (Unico Power will not do a review on past usage and costs).

Power Level Monitoring and Control:

Real-time monitoring and control power at the service/building level. Real-time Load Sharing: Efficiently distribute power across circuits for your owners/residents as a part of the Energy Management System. * Load balancing between EVSEs on multiple circuits and sources * Controlled by energy management system to regulate peak demand * No cellular/wifi required in parkade

EV Owner Support and Billing

Comprehensive support and administration for EV owners, including billing services. No additional administration work (post installation) for the Property Management and/or Strata Council. Technical issues are managed by Unico Power’s Technical Support Team Available through email 24/7* Billing and administration (under Billing Plans B, C and E)

Dynamic Demand Limit Management:

Adaptive automatic management of power limits to maximize efficiency. Adjusting to seasonality and building’s power patterns Many of our buildings have Static Demand Limit Management in place. In previous years, we’ve been doing this manually and testing our automated solution (more details below). Dynamic Demand Limit Management: Our system adjusts your building’s Demand Limit and the Demand Limit Buffer based on your building’s monthly Power Profile. This is done automatically on a monthly basis by our system. Seasonality and other variables are all taken into account as long as they are under the same Electrical Service Unico Power is monitoring.

Initial Rate Setting and Quarterly Review

Unico Power will make recommendations for the initial rate setting (for Billing Plans C and E) based on the building’s historical electricity bills and utility tariffs, with quarterly adjustments. Quarterly, a representative from Unico Power will be available to review the building’s EV Charging Rates and suggest adjustments where wanted or needed.

Quarterly Revenue Tracking

Monitor the building’s revenue from EV charging quarterly. Quarterly, a representative from Unico Power will be available to review the Building’s revenue from EV Charging (electricity usage charges collected from EV owners) and offer insights or recommendations where wanted or needed.

Extended Report Access:

Have the ability to request up to 12 months of past Site Reports at any time. Site Reports are already sent on a monthly basis to the Property Manager and/or Building Manager. This Tier 2 feature allows any Property Manager and/or Building Manager of the Site to request up to 12 months of past Site Reports to be resent.

Idle Fees:

Ability to include an Idle Fee Structure in the Billing Plans for Shared EVSEs. For buildings with Shared EVSEs, if they request, Unico Power can provide an Idle Fee structure for implementation on Shared EVSEs.

Environmental Reporting: Assistance with reporting energy and greenhouse gas emissions.

Installer Rebate/Funding Support: Tabulated charging data reports to meet rebate and funding requirements in most provinces outside of British Columbia.

TIER 3

Premium

Industry-leading support, metrics and power management services.

Per Month

ALL Tier 1 &2 Features, plus:

Monthly Rate Setting and Overall Utility Review: Ongoing monthly analysis and recommendations.

Extended Report Access:

Have the ability to request up to 24 months of past detailed Site Reports at any time Site Reports are already sent on a monthly basis to the Property Manager and/or Building Manager. This Tier 3 feature allows any Property Manager and/or Building Manager of the Site to request up to 24 months of past Site Reports to be resent.

Utility Tariff/Plan Management:

Assistance selecting and managing Utility Tariff plans and contracts in Provinces outside of British Columbia. A Unico Power representative will be available to assist with reviewing and selecting the most suitable electricity plan and Utility Provider for your building’s needs.

Fully Customized Services:

Comprehensive management and support to help optimize your building’s EV Charging Infrastructure and your building’s needs. Building Decision Makers have the ability to reach out at any time and connect with a Unico Power representative to review and discuss if there is anything that could be done to optimize the management of the building’s EV Charging infrastructure.
