EVSE Not Connecting Guide - Regular Listo EMS (non-extended range).

  1. Check EVSE Connection Status

Check for chainlink icon (pictured, Listo Elite/Elite+) or a globe icon (pictured, Listo Premium). If the chainlink/globe is illuminated, the EVSE is indeed connected and you can return to app.unicopower.com/listo-setup to complete installation. If not, you must examine the Wi-Fi repeater.

  1. Repeater Connection Lights are Illuminated

There may be a connection issue between the EVSE and Wi-Fi repeater. Go to the network settings on your phone or laptop and look for 2 Wi-Fi networks. There should be one titled "Listo_EMS_XXXXXX". There should also be a network titled "Listo_EMS_XXXXXX_EXT". Contact listo_support@unicopower.com, providing a screenshot of these available networks on your device. Also include the serial number of the Listo EMS (found on box) and EVSE (found on side label, pictured).

  2. Repeater Connection Lights are not Illuminated

There may be a connection issue between the EMS and Wi-Fi repeater. First, confirm the Wi-FI repeater is plugged in 0-8 feet from the EMS controller. Next, go to the network settings on your phone or computer and look for the network "Listo_EMS_XXXXXX" (example pictured). If this network IS NOT present, move to step 5. If this network IS present, move to step 6.

  1. Listo_EMS_XXXXXX Network is not present

Check the LED on the EMS controller. If it is 3x pulsing green, the device is in internet setup mode. Look for the network "Listo Internet Setup". If it is not present, please follow this guide. If it is present, join the network and go to https://192.168.42.1 in your browser to complete setup. Reference the steps in app.unicopower.com/listo-setup.

  2. Listo_EMS_XXXXXX Network is present

If the Listo_EMS_XXXXXX network is present but the repeater lights are not illuminated, there may be a connection issue between the EMS controller and Wi-Fi repeater. Contact listo_support@unicopower.com to request the network and admin passwords to the Wi-Fi repeaters.

Once you have received the passwords, go to the network settings on your phone or computer and join the network 'Listo_EMS_XXXXXX_EXT', using the network password. Once you have joined, go to tplinkrepeater.net on your browser. Access the menu on the top left and select the option 'wireless' (pictured). On the wireless page. Confirm the host 2.4Ghz SSID exactly matches the network you see on your device settings (pictured below). If it DOES NOT exactly match, change the 'Host 2.4Ghz SSID' on the tp-link page to match it. Then power cycle the equipment and wait for a connection.
