How to reconnect Listo EMS to the internet
If the Listo EMS was set up and connected but unexpectedly lost connection, here's what to do next:
Check for Disconnection
The Listo EMS may have lost its internet connection if the red LED on the front of the controller is flashing continuously. This can happen for several reasons. Start by reviewing the checklist below to restore connectivity.

Initial Checks Before Troubleshooting:
Check the Wi-Fi Signal Strength
Ensure that the Listo controller is within range of a strong and stable Wi-Fi signal. Weak connections can cause it to disconnect unexpectedly. To check the signal strength, Run a speed test near the Listo controller to check the signal. If your speed is below 5 Mbps or the signal shows just one bar, try moving the router closer.
Check for "Listo Internet Setup" Network
When you see a flashing red light on the Listo controller, it means the device has entered internet setup mode. To reconnect it to your home network, go to your device's Wi-Fi setting and look for a network called "Listo Internet Setup."
If you don't see the "Listo Internet Setup" network in your Wi-Fi list, restart the Listo Controller by unplugging it from power. Wait 30-60 seconds, then plug it back in. You can also use this link if the issue still persists
Verify your Network Credentials
Double check that your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password are correct. If they've changed, the Listo controller won't be able to reconnect. To check this, you can either look at the label on the router (if the settings haven't been changed) or check the network name and password from a device that's already connected to the Wi-Fi.
Reconnection
Join the "Listo Internet Setup" Network and Reconnect to your Home Network

Once joined, click [here] to open the Wi-Fi setup form, or manually enter http://192.168.42.1 into your browser. From there, select your home Wi-Fi network from the list and enter your network credentials so that Listo can connect.
If your network doesn’t appear, you’ll need to manually add it. Tap on “Enter Hidden Network,” then type in the network name (SSID) and Wi-Fi password.

After submitting your credentials, wait up to 2 minutes for Listo to establish a connection. Once connected successfully, you’ll see the LED on the Listo controller turn solid green. This means you’re fully reconnected and back online.
