I changed my router or home Wi-Fi network name. How do I get my Listo EMS back online?

If you charge at home with Unico Power and recently changed your home Wi-Fi router, network name, provider, or any other changes, your Listo EMS controller (4x8" black box on wall next to electrical panel) will need the new Wi-Fi information entered. You will need a smartphone, laptop or tablet to complete these steps.

How to Reconnect your Listo EMS after Wi-Fi changes.

1. Get your Wi-Fi network information ready

First, make sure you have the correct home Wi-Fi network name and password. Even if your network name is the same, but you changed the physical hardware, you will need to perform these steps to re-connect.

  1. Locate your electrical panel & Listo EMS.

Your listo EMS is a black, 4x8" metal box that is mounted to the wall next to your electrical panel. Look on the bottom of the device (pictured, below) for an LED light. If this light is solid green, your device is already connected and you are done here. If the light is flashing red, go ahead and unplug the device and plug it back in. If the LED light is flashing 3x green, proceed to step 3.

  1. Setup Mode

Once you have plugged the device back in, it will go into 'setup mode', which is indicated by a 3x pulsing green light. On your smartphone, tablet, or computer, go to the network settings and look for a Wi-Fi network called "Listo Internet Setup". There is NO password on this network. Join the network, and go to your internet browser and type the following into the search bar: "192.168.42.1".

  1. Enter Wi-Fi Info

Once the page loads, you will see the option to choose your Wi-Fi network from a dropdown list. Locate your home Wi-Fi network on the list, select it and enter the password. Select "connect to this network" and wait for the process to complete. If the process is not successful, please ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct and try again. Once it is successful, you will be automatically taken off the Wi-Fi setup network. The process is now complete. If you are unable to complete any of the steps, please contact listo_support@unicopower.com
