*Note - Unico Power only uses sign-in partners for security reasons. The password for your Unico Power account is the same password as your Google, Apple, or Facebook account.

1. Unico Power App

From any browser (eg. Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge) on your phone, desktop computer, or tablet enter the address app.unicopower.com. 

2. Sign-in Partner

Recall the sign-in partner you used when you originally created your Unico Power account. If you cannot recall which sign-in partner you created an account through, please move to step 4.

3a. Google

Select 'Sign in with Google' from the menu. Select the email you used to sign up or choose 'Use Another Account'.

After you choose your account, select 'forgot password'

You will be told a) to open the gmail app on your phone, or b) that a recovery code has been sent your email. Note that you may need to enter multiple recovery codes in a row. Once you have completed this, you will be asked to create a new password. Use this password when logging in to your Unico Power account with Google.

3b. Facebook

Select 'Sign up with Facebook' from the menu. On the next page, below the log in button, choose 'Forgot Account'.

Enter your email or mobile number to look up your Facebook account. Select 'send code via email' and choose continue.

Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password, use your new password to log into the Unico Power App.

3c. Apple

Choose 'Sign up with Apple' from the menu. Choose 'Forgot Password'.

Enter your email or phone number and the characters in the image and choose 'continue'. Then, choose to either have an email sent and follow instructions to reset your password, or answer security questions.

Once you created a new password, use it to log in to the Unico Power App.

4. Account Fully Unknown

In the event that you cannot remember which sign in partner you used to create your Unico Power account, the email for the sign-in partner or the recovery methods in step 3, do the following: Email support@unicopower.com, explaining you cannot remember your account email or password, including the following information: • First & Last Name • Building Name & Address • City • Parking Space Number • Picture of EV Charger Label (pictured below)
